in days yore, afowl to the chickens average life-span, nestled in amadolobha u’quiet, u’sesha begins.

After many moons of research, testing and frying up batches of the Golden Goodness for various
buddies, boetz,
babas,
mamas, boeties, siesses, pals, compatriots and comrades, we figured that it was time to bring our
creations to
the
beautiful people of Jozi – The City of Gold, or in our case, The City of Golden Deliciousness.
We began by sourcing all of our ingredients from local farms and suppliers in the Jozi area. The chicken is sliced up into our ideal portion sizes (we say this liberally; no half-measures here!), and dropped into “The Schnitz’s Super Special Secret Batter” to marinate for a couple of hours; once all of the flavourly goodness has been absorbed into the chicken, the pre-schnitzers are tossed up into our mixture of [REDACTED] and despite the fact they don’t have wings🙈… off they go for a fly until golden, crispy and fully cooked. And we mean fully cooked. 😉
